Sophia Singerland
Sophia Singerland is a civil engineer that has created a portable, waterless, off the grid (for water, sewage, and electricity) ecological toilet. With this invention she was selected for accelerate2030, a UN driven innovation competition and made it into the global final round. The toilets are made with renewable or 100% recycled materials. 2021 she developed them further, to be installed inside of any kind of building; optional with vacuum systems, but all for the inside building usage, to respond onto the UN 50LHome program. Today SHINE serves local governments and corporates in China and India to reduce water usage and CO2emissions and to target ESG. www.shinegreentech.cn
She is a member of the Board of SwissCham, Shanghai, heading the Digital, Innovation & Sustainability working group. A member of Rotary since student times. She went as the President with her Rotaract Club to Senegal to serve above herself for development projects. Currently the District 52 Head of Youth.


Tony Wong
Tony Wong is a prominent ESG expert based in Hong Kong and the founder of Alaya Consulting, an ESG specialist firm he established in 2014 to help corporations improve their sustainability disclosure. He holds the distinguished credential of being a GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Nominated Trainer, certified to deliver training on the world’s most widely used sustainability reporting standards. Tony has been instrumental in promoting industry best practices, including founding the Hong Kong ESG Reporting Awards.
With nearly two decades of experience, he also holds qualifications as a carbon audit professional and is pursuing an Executive MBA. Through his work, he plays a key role in advancing global sustainability standards across the Asia-Pacific region
Prof. Dr. Ulf Henning Richter is a former Tongji, Ningbo, and UK University professor, who obtained his Doctorate in Economic Sciences from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland, and an MBA from the EPS in Germany. He is a frequent author and speaker at conferences throughout Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.
His company is an awarded climate tech developer of high-integrity nature based carbon credits.

HELEN FU (符筱)
Helen Fu (符筱) is the Founder of the Yangtze Institute of Green Finance and a former Fortune 500 MNC Regional Head of Sustainability, bringing deep expertise to ESG and sustainability management.
Her contributions have earned public recognition, including the 2025 IPC China Award for ESG Outstanding Individual and the 2025 Vogue Business China Innovator Award as a Sustainability Thought Leader. She is the author of ESG Theory and Practice (2021), which is enrolled in the libraries of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Fudan University, and received the 2022 For Good Award for Annual Academic Research Top 10, as well as being named among the 2022 Southern Weekly Annual ESG Research Top 5.
Her second book, ESG One Hour for Managing Corporate Sustainability Challenges (2024), is enrolled in the libraries of Tsinghua University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and has been recognized on the 2024 Green Light ESG List as Responsibility Contribution Paragon Top 10, the 2024 Southern Weekly Annual ESG Research Top 5, and shortlisted for the 2024 For Good Award Annual Academic Research Top 10.
