ESG Basics Introduction and Definition Frameworks and Example; data ESG transition roadmap implementation in your company; how to identify my Resources? Identify tasks and ensure departments understand tasks and can deliver; manage timelines; stakeholder management strategies; risk management in ESG Projects; problem analysis KPIs for ESG evaluation; practical workshop to apply all tools in a mock case study

Learn which questions and related Data they will face and must provide for their ESG KPIs, based on a framework example.
Ensure consistent, confirmed Information gathering through project Management strategies and various tools across all stages.

Instructor profile: Daniela Essenpreis, a German-born engineer, has over 20 years of experience at BMW, including several years specialising in plastic recycling. She worked for several years as a trainer for sustainability and the circular economy. She is a co-founder of the ESG Academy and works as a sustainability trainer.
