Identify tasks and ensure departments understand tasks and can deliver; manage timelines; stakeholder management strategies; risk management in ESG Projects; problem analysis KPIs for ESG evaluation; practical workshop to apply all tools in a mock case study

Instructor profile: Daniela Essenpreis, a German-born engineer, has over 20 years of experience at BMW, including several years specialising in plastic recycling. She worked for several years as a trainer for sustainability and the circular economy. She is a co-founder of the ESG Academy and works as a sustainability trainer.
